Stability issue with POS Systems

I spoke with support this morning regarding some issues with stability on RUT200 and RUT901 units when being used in conjunction with POS and Card systems. They advised posting here to get steps to send over event logs for further analysis.

I followed the link and filled in the form using the ticket ID supplied but am still awiaitng a response.

Issue is still persisting, so please can this been looked into and a response made?
