Some options not showing after firmware upgrade in RUT240

After upgrading firmware from latest legacy version to RUT2_R_00.07.06.17 the Network → Mobile menu only shows the options “General” and “Network operators”. Utilities is missing.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out.

In the latest RUT240 7.6.17 firmware, the Mobile Utilities service settings can now be found under the Services menu:

Best regards,

Thank you for your fast reply. The option I was looking for was the SIM pin management. In other routers (e.g. RUT951 firmware RUT9M_R_00.07.12, and RUT241 with latest firmware) I can find it under Network → Mobile → Utilities. I cannot find that one in Services → Mobile Utilities.

More over, in other routers there are six options under Network → Mobile:
General
Connection
Limits
Sim Switch
Network Selection
Utilities

In the aforementioned router, I can only see two options:
General
Network operators

Hello,

Thank you for clarifying what you were looking for.

Unfortunately, the RUT240 does not have a dedicated SIM PIN management section. However, you can manage the SIM card’s PIN in the Network → Mobile → General page.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

Best regards,

I think still I didn’t explain it properly, sorry, I am trying to remove the SIM pin lock. That option is not present in the Network → Mobile → General.
I’ve just realized that another RUT240 does not have the Network → Mobile → Utilities menu either. But the RUT241 has it it. So probably that menu is only present in RUT241 models.

Thank you for your time
