we currently have 13 RUT240 devices in operation, all at different locations in Germany and Switzerland. 4 devices have been shown as offline on the RMS for quite some time now, although they have the same settings as the others and although we have an active/paid RMS licence on all devices. The clients which are connected to the “offline” devices have internet, so it isn’t a connection issue. What could be the issue?

It will take some time, as they are distributed in many locations, but if we update and it does not solve the issue, then I will let you know again.
