Let me explain my configuration:
I have a Teltonika RUT200 with a PPoE WAN interface supporting a FTTH connection.
I also have a mobile connection as a back-up.
I’ve configured my failover as follows:
When I switch to my 4G backup, no problems, everything works fine.
On the other hand, when my fiber works again and switches back to the online status of my failover, the phones continue to register on my SIP server with the public IP address of my 4G. This poses a problem because it’s no longer really the link in use, and I sometimes get bugs linked to the instability of my 4G link.
I can’t find an option to force SNAT to match my active link, is this possible?
Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your configuration.
Could you try enabling the “Flush connections” option for both the WAN and mob1s1a1 interfaces in your Failover settings? This should potentially resolve the issue.
To do this, go to the Network → Failover page, then click the Edit icon under the Actions column for each Failover interface (WAN and mob1s1a1), and enable the Flush connections options.
