I am trying to add a SMS utility that activates a custom script but I keep getting this error, even when I enter the exakt same script as the placeholder. (The error is probably: Match the format that is given/shown. ?)
Is there something else I need to enable first or is it a bug?

I am also getting this error when trying to upload a SMS custom script to a RUT901
Script must start with #!/bin/sh and a newline.

Our R&D team is currently working on resolving this issue, however, there is no estimated time for a fix yet.
In the meantime, you can use the WebUI to create new rules (Services → Mobile Utilities → SMS Utilities) or use the API: Teltonika Networks Web API
I will let you know once I get more information.
