Sms to email forwarding

Hi,

I’m not able to forward my SMS to email. I have firmware RUT2M_R_00.07.19 on RUT241
What I did:
Made a rule in SYSTEM:ADMINISTRATION:RECIPIENTS:EMAIL USERS
I created a rule (Loods_RUT) and sent a test message, that works, I did receive a test email on my phone
Then I went to: SERVICES:MOBILE UTILITIES:SMS GATEWAY:SMS FORWARDING

I enabled SMS Forwarding to email, choose Loods_RUT, filled in the reciepients email adres, but I do not get an email when I receive een SMS.

What is the solution? I see I’m not he only one having this problem
