Several VLANs with cisco switch

Hi everyone

I’m new to Teltonika and new to VLANs.
Working with IT but not really setting up advanced configs, i have basic networking skills.

But I can’t seem to create several VLANs that give me different LANs depending on which VLAN i assign the switchport to.

I have a RUT241 and I’ve created an additonal VLAN besides the two already created by default.
I have created 3 different LAN and I’ve setup DHCP on all LANs

The switch works as far as I get an IP adress on my computer but not the one I want.
The ip adress on VLAN1 on switch is set to 192.168.1.2 and ip helper adress is set to 192.168.1.1 as this is the ip of the RUT241.

But my computer get an 192.168.20.168 adress which is a part of DHCP scope i wanted on a different vlan.

How do I get the RUT or Cisco device to correctly assing vlan and addresses?
