I attempted to create a VPN hub and tried to reach the IP address: 192.168.29.92. Unfortunately, this was not successful. I have applied the following VPN settings – please see the attached images.
How must the VPN be configured so that I can reach the IP address?
In the first instance, can you confirm that the end device is reachable by itself? Also please confirm what kind of a device it is, does it have an interface to be accessed?
Also, please check what firmware version is installed in the devices, and install the newest one.
Lastly, please advise if you have any RMS data in your account, you can see it if you go to RMS companies → View company details, in the top right it will show available data.
Also just to clarify, are you following any guide how to use our RMS vpn hubs? The one I would like you to take a look at is this one : RMS VPN Hubs - Teltonika Networks Wiki it should explain how to set it up in your case.
I followed the guide from the Teltonika Networks Wiki and applied all the settings exactly as described. As you can see in the data section (see attached screenshot), the device is reachable within the local network, and I can access the web interface without any issues.
The device in question is a Janitza UMG604.
However, I’m unable to access it over VPN. Even a simple ping does not go through once I’m connected via VPN.
