I have a Crompton Greaves company, solar panel submarine pump 3 hp installed in a borewell. This pump is running properly manually. But I have been using the Crompton Sense RMS app for the last four months to turn the pump on and off from my mobile phone. Now, ten days ago, it suddenly started getting an “offline” error, so please let me know if anyone has a solution for this, I will be very grateful.
