Scan Networks Rut956 #2

I had reported a problem here (same heading), after 15 days the post is closed. I was told that it was possibly a software error and that the problem was being checked. Unfortunately I have not yet received an answer.

Hello,

As mentioned in the previous thread, I confirm that there is a firmware issue. It is currently being addressed and will be resolved in the upcoming firmware releases.

Best regards,

Marijus

Hello Marijus,
can I use an older firmeware until the new firmeware is released, or is the same error to be expected here as well.

Hello @thhenschel,

I’ve tested Firmware version 07.05.4, and it’s working as expected.

Best regards,

Marijus

I have tested version 07.05.4, same error. Could it be that searching for a wifi network only works if the router is connected by cable?

Hi,

You should be able to access it without a cable. It might take some time for the new wireless access point to be added.

Alternatively, you can try connecting via a LAN cable to access your router and then scan for wireless networks. This should definitely work.

Best regards,

Marijus
