Save records saved in memory/SD - FMB640

I performed a field test generating CAN logs with an FMB640, and during part of the journey, I lost the GPRS connection.
According to my configuration, the data should be saved in memory. To test the function of downloading data via USB, I connected another device to the “Teltonika Configurator” via USB, but the “Save Records” button does not exist. Does the button only appear if there is data in memory?
If there is data in memory and I change a setting, do I risk losing that data?
If it is not possible to download the data via USB, is there a way to force the sending of all the data from memory?

Self-response:

1- The button doesn’t exist.

2- Only the sleep setting was changed; no data was lost.

3- It seems that it’s not possible. Only via cellular.

Message supplement:

There are many problems with the SD card on the FMB640. Sometimes the SD card is present but is not recognized (the message “not present” is indicated in the Configurator). I thought it was a problem with the card, then I changed the card a lot of times. The FMB640 seems to have a Major bug.

Firmware: 01.02.27 Rev06.
Configurator: Teltonika.Configurator_1.7.64_B.FM64_R.88
