Rutx50 wifi connection to clients dropping and reconnecting

My Rutx50 is dropping its wifi connection to clients (PC aswell as android phone) and reconnecting several times. Clients have good reception. After a number of instances I have to reconnect the wifi signal manually. I see no reason for this unstable behaviour. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Firmware and internal modem firmware are up to date.

The clients are disconnected, but you can manually reconnect. Is that correct?

If so, could you please access the WebUI of the device, navigate to Network → Wireless → edit your access point → Advanced settings and:

  • enable the option to ‘disable inactivity polling
  • disable ‘Disassociate On Low Acknowledgement’
