RUTX50: Verizon sim card network rejected

SIM card inserted from Verizon into rutx50 and refuses to connect to network with notification mobile Mobile 5GMM reject cause: N1 mode not allowed

works perfectly in RUTX11

Tried another Verizon SIM card and same happens

Also tried 4G only, the issue remains the same

According to the screenshot you provided, it appears that the device is not intended for use in the United States region. As a result, the mobile module is unable to connect to the Verizon network.

It looks like we purchased the wrong model. Could you please share an Amazon link for a 5G router that works in the United States? Amazon is our contracted supplier. Thank you!

Can you provide a wireless router that supports 5G SIM cards and is usable in the United States? Similar to the RUTX50 in functionality, it must support IPsec VPN.

Just get another RUTX50 with correct region.
