RUTX50 stops responding

Recently the RUTX50 has created an issue that is seems to lose all routing capabilities and stops responding to network. All lights on the network ports show that connection is up but it doesn’t even reply to ping. As the modem is setup as gateway other devices in network lose all connectivity, including DHCP.

Is this a hardware issue? Previously this happened like 2 times a month but now I need to hard reset the X50 2 times a day to recover. Tested also by connecting a laptop directly to the router with static ip and could not get any connection to GUI or by pinging.

Latest “unexpected” hard reboots as per system log:

Yesterday evening had to reboot the device 3 times as lost the wired ethernet connectivity. Same this morning. Enabled the Wireless on the device yesterday to debug if all connectivity is lost with that I could access the GUI and internet after the wired connection fails. Looks like the wired LAN just stops responding/working. Could not see anything in the device logs.

Is there any processes/services that could be checked when the failure happens?

Hi, I did factory reset yesterday evening and loaded the configuration from backup and connection was lost again in the morning. Will check with the default (clean) configuration this week if the issue continues to rule that out.
