RUTX50 Starlink WAN disconnected

I have a RUTX50 and a Starlink (gen 2) 12v setup via a Yaosheng POE injector. HAs been working without issue for 6 months +.

WAN connection has now dropped out, no lights on port and showing disconnected in RUTX50 settings.

Strangely, the Starlink is showing up in the starlink app on my phone as connected an online.

The RUTX50 is currently failing over to mobile data connection.

I have tested a different buck transformer and RUTX09 with same issues, leading me to believe a cable issue in the dishy.

Any other ideas would be welcome.

Hello,

Did you test the connection with the RUTX09 using the same cable as you used with the RUTX50? If so, and the issue occurred without any configuration changes, it could potentially be a problem with the cable.

Please try testing with a different cable and let me know the results!
