Dear community, I have a problem connecting the RUTX50 with RMS. Initial position: RUTX50 set to factory settings, firmware is up-to-date, 5G reception 5/5, normal Internet connection works. Now to the problem: Device successfully added to RMS (without error) Password identical to RUTX50 RMS service interface. The RMS interface waits for communication from RUTX50 - several days. The service console on RUTX50 reports device “Active” - error device must be added in RMS. I have already tested the whole thing via different RMS accounts. I bought a 10-year package and successfully activated it. It is assigned to the router. Please help me.
