We have multiple RUTX50 in our company and most of them are connecting to our Private 5G without issues (most settings on auto).
2 new recently bought ones don’t want to connect, even when trying to enforce the network and network settings.
For instance, our network is xxx05, but it always tries to connect to xxx02 (that network, additionally, on the list of networks is shown as forbidden). We created a list of networks (with our network only), and selected manually to connect only to that network.
We are using the same SIM card in both devices. Works in the older one, doesn’t work in the newer one.
So, first we tried to copy settings from the working device to the new one, and it didn’t help. We even put the firmware to be the same revision (7.12.3 in both cases now), and the newer device is still manifesting the same problem.
Resetting to factory settings and trying a new also didn’t help.
For troubleshooting purposes, we will require more sensitive information from your end, such as the troubleshoot file, which may contain passwords, public IP addresses, serial numbers, and such. To avoid leaking this information, we have sent you a form to fill out, which you will receive in your e-mail inbox that you have registered your account with in the forums. In the Ticket ID field of the form, please enter the ID of this thread, which is 16953.
Our Network downtime was longer than expected; what information do you want from us in the ticket/form that you sent?
Pls, send me an e-mail with required information.
However, the RUTX50 we have problems with has R-NZ marking on it. The others don’t.
For future reference - kindly follow the provided steps of filling out the form, as currently, your form is just the link to the thread, instead of being the actual ID I’ve mentioned at the end of my message.
As for the information, since you’ve just sent us the form, I still have yet to reply to it, but once I do, you’ll receive an e-mail to which you can then just simply reply with the requested details that I will ask of you.
