RUTX50 not activated in RMS

Hello,
I have a brand new RUTX50. I have upgraded firmware to latest production version RUTX_R_00.07.14. Mobile connection is OK.
I have added the device in RMS.
On the router WebUI (Services, Cloud solutions, RMS), Connection type is Enabled and Connection state is Connected.

In RMS console, I can see the device but it shows Not activated and Management service is Not active. Connection card show that authentication was success.

Device services are enabled.

There is no Authentication code information in RMS, so I did not enter it in device web UI.

I had already successfully added 6 routers in RMS and managed VPN connections, but I have problems to activate new devices in RMS since RMS new UI. Not sure this is related with the new UI.

Could you please check whether the serial number and MAC address of your device were entered to RMS correctly?

Additionally, please try to unregister the device from RMS and then register it again to see if that resolves the issue.

Serial number and MAC address are entered correctly, using copy-paste from UI, and checked.
I shall try unregister the device from RMS. Is there a problem with registration ?

Please update your device to the 7.14.2 firmware version.

If you choose to update using the “Keep settings” option, the following command must be executed via CLI before the upgrade to avoid issues with Data Limit and Traffic Monitoring:
mkdir -p /usr/local/lib/upgrade/keep.d && echo /usr/local/usr/lib/mdcollectd/mdcollectd.db_new.gz > /usr/local/lib/upgrade/keep.d/mdcollect

After updating, please try to unregister and then re-register the device in RMS.

I have powered on the router this morning and now it appears as enabled in RMS console, and I have been able to setup VPN. I did not change any setting on the RUTX50. Problem seems related to RMS platform.

Firmware version is 7.14. Do you recommend to update firmware to 7.14.2.

It is necessary to update to 7.14.2, as version 7.14 was removed from production due to issues with the data limit and traffic monitoring functionalities. Before updating, please execute the command I provided above.
