I’m now at the last step: “If conventional recovery methods do not help, you may need to send the device to warranty for repair.” - can you help me with that ? (the link at the next page is not working & I’m a consumer).
Are you encountering an issue where the WebUI displays the message “Modem unreachable”? If so, please log in to your router via CLI and execute the command lsusb. Share the output here, as it will help in determining if the modem is still recoverable.

Thank you for providing the output. Based on the results, it appears that the modem cannot be recovered. Unfortunately, the only option is to send the device for RMA.
