RUTX50 Modem not found

Hi there,

Recently purchased the RUTX50 and installed it at home. All worked perfectly. Then at some point the system told me an app firmware update was available so I did it via the admin interface. Shortly thereafter it showed that there was also a modem update, so I did it as well.

Over the last few days the modem disconnects once a day and when I try to reconnect I’d get the error “Modem not found.” I have to restart the router, and then it works fine for about another day before the same issue occurs again.

Nothing useful shows in the event logs - it simply shows the connection failing and then I can’t reconnect.

I’m on the latest firmwares for the app and the modem

I’ve not had the unit for very long so I’m not sure if it’s related to the modem firmware upgrade but it seemed stable prior to the upgrade.

I’ve done a reset via the reset button on the front of the device and I’ve also done a factory reset via the ui.

Perhaps I should rollback the modem firmware? If so, can someone send me the file?
