Any ideas why?
p.s. already tried everything - manual GSM operator + static LTE channel (B3) etc.
Next to it is RUT360 with same GSM operator sim card on the same channel - works without any issues.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!
Could you provide some logs before the disconnection? They could be helpful in determining the reason of the disconnection.
Additionally, could you clarify if on the RUT360 you’re connecting to the same band with the same APN settings?

Best regards,

Before disconnect :

Regarding RUT360 - same band, same APN (auto apn on and they have same APN)

Regarding this RUTX50 with issues - mobile interface is a fallback on this box, main WAN is Ethernet.
Can it be related somehow?

I’m not sure why and how but seems that problem is solved - modem was stable last 24h.
Maybe GSM operator did something, maybe interference near by, don’t know.

Hello,

In case the issue repeats again, collect a troubleshoot file by navigating to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot and inform me. I will send you the instructions to get in contact with us directly.
