Good morning

Where do I find the mac address on a RUTX50 please?

So can set up the routers in cloud, I assume this will allow me to update routers firmware without travelling to site??

Hi,

LAN MAC is available on device body, for other MAC addresses login to WebUI and go to Status→System page.

The LAN MAC address can be found on the label of the device, if you currently have physical access:

If you do not have physical access, you may login to the WebUI of the device, and head to Status → System:
