I have an issue outstanding for months now and no reply from teltonika. My router reboots roughly 4 or 5 times a week and the logs say for unmnown reason. Sim1 doesn’t workbut has to have a sim in it to boot and allow sim2 to be the default. It is in warranty but i don’t have original proof of purchase. They initially said they would look at it and now ignore me. Guess they are waiting for the warranty to expire. Not a great service for such expensive kit.
