RUTX50 Label unreadable

I have tried to contact my supplier about the default password not being illegible but they say they don’t recognise the serial number.

not surprised as it could have come from a number of venders and I dont keep all the receipts, accounts do.
How can I recover the password or set a new one please?

Hello,

Teltonika Networks stores device passwords for 30 days after the device is sold.

  • If you purchased the device directly from Teltonika within the last 30 days, we may be able to provide the password. However, we will first need to verify ownership.
  • If you purchased the device from a third-party reseller, please contact them for the password.
  • If it has been more than 30 days, we are unable to retrieve the password.

Additionally, when purchasing devices directly from us, there is an option to receive a file containing device details, including passwords, at the time of purchase.

Tried to read barcode from provided image, serial is 6000299340, couldn’t read QR code, it’s too much destroyed.
