My device has error internal modem not reachable after fw update to 07.12

Back to 07.07.1

Working fine.
Any suggestions ?

Could you let me know the HW of your RUTX50? Additionally, have you tried performing a hard reboot by unplugging and plugging the power cable after the firmware update to 7.12? When the error appeared, was the modem still functioning and able to make a mobile data connection with your ISP?

to answer your Question see below output of lsusb command and the Hardware details.
Yesterday i did FW update to 07.12 and unplugged Power when ready.
Now running since 14Hours without any issue.
Maybe the Hard Reset should be part of update instructions ?
