Hello, my issue with RUTX50 is, when WAN is off, RUTX50 should switch to GSM, but it doesn’t work. During the configuration everything works fine, but a few months later when the test time comes, the switching does not work.
It looks like GSM session is dead. The problem with WAN occurs 2x a year, but it is annoying, as I lose communication with the object for a long time. Switching to GSM was supposed to prevent this.
Do you know how to fix it?
