RUTx50: Error "Failed to get wireless status"

For the last 2 days I have been getting error messages when logging in as an admin:
In the following menus:

Status - Overview
"Failed to get wireless status
Status - Network
Failed to load DHCP servers status
Status - Wireless (- Interfaces)
Failed to load wireless interface status
Network - Wireless
Failed to load interface status data
Network - Trafic Shaping
Failed to load wireless data
Network - DHCP - Static Leases
Failed to load lease status
Services - Traffic Logging
Failed to load network options
Services - Hotspot
Failed to load wireless data

In another thread changing the browser helped. That is not the case for me.
From the user’s perspective the router works as normal. The firmware has been updated. (RUTX_R_00.07.08)
A restart does not help.

Does anyone have any idea?

Hi MeierB,

the usual: did you try to reset the RUT to factory defaults?

I didn’t dare doing the factory reset. I’m afraid I’ll have to start everything over again. But your advice encouraged me to restore a backup of the configurations. The second-to-last backup then stopped the error messages.
So my problem is solved. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi @MeierB ,
don’t apologize. That’s why the forum is here.

Really helpful and friendly people from Teltonika and
a few really knowledgeable others are around to help.
