RUTX50 download speed

My RUTX50 never give more than 300-350 mbps download speed.

Firmware version: RUTX_R_00.07.10
Modem firmware version: RG501QEUAAR12A11M4G_04.200.04.200
Software flow offloading: On
External 4x4 antennas and free line of sight.

Same SIM in Iphone 12 Pro gives 700-800 mbps at my kitchen table.

@orre did you manage to solve this issue or do you still have slow speeds?

I have not tested anymore on the field, in my house I get around the same speed as you do, and a bit higher with Netgear M5 and iPhone 16 Pro (without external antenna).

My Rutx50 still jumps back to 4G now and then and I have to manually switch 5G on and off to have it go back to 5G (iPhone and Netgear m5 don’t lock to 4G and prefers 5G although they don’t have external antenna on the roof as Rutx50)
If rutx50 is restarted it always start on 4G and never goes 5G automatically, very disturbing.

I am always connected to four LTE bands and one 5G, signal strenght is good to excellent.

How come this router doesn’t perform better?
It’s far from what is stated in technical data.

Did you also try to upgrade the internal modem firmware and device firmware?

I don’t buy that expanation, I have 5 carriers aggregated: four LTE and one 5G NSA,
while my IPhone 12 only aggregates one LTE and one 5G

Firmware is the latest avaible from Teltonika:
