RUTX50 doesn´t Works on 3G network

Dear Teltonika Team.
I purchased and the end of 2024, 17 modems Teltonika RUTX50.
I have an APN that works on 3G network with the operator Telcel in Mexico.

I am experiencing issues with these devices when attempting to connect to the 3G network. The RUTX50 modems are unable to establish any connection on 3G. However, they work properly on the 4G network with Telcel.

For comparison, I have tested the same SIM card in a Teltonika RUT200 modem, and it connects without any issues to the 3G network, which suggests the problem is specific to the RUTX50 model.

In the following link you can see information regarding the tests, and two videos:
RUT200 connection to the 3G network, and
RUTX50 working in the 4G network, but not in the 3G, with the same SIM used in the test with the RUT200.

I kindly request your support to help identify and resolve the issue with the RUTX50 units

What is the RUTx50 Preferred network type? Network>Mobile.Connection SIM1 or SIM2?
