RUTX50 disconnects after running for a couple of hours

Hello everybody,
We have installed a RUTX50 and inserted a SIM card with a true static IP address. It works fine but when we check a couple of hours later there is no connection anymore. We rebooted the router and it works again, but again after a couple of hours we lose connection. We did this 4 or 5 times already with the same result. (The router is installed in a remote location to establish a connection with our server rack that is installed there, so it is not easy to do a reboot).
We made a screenshot of the log:

I hope somebody can help me out with figuring out what is going wrong.

Hello,

Thank you for providing the details. To assist you better, could you please let us know:

  1. What firmware version is currently installed on the RUTX50?
  2. Have you tried testing the connection using 4G only?
You can configure this by navigating to Network → Mobile → Connection and setting the preferred network to 4G only.
  3. Could you try enabling the Auto Reboot feature and seeing if that helps?
You can set up an automatic restart of the mobile connection in System → Maintenance → Auto Reboot with the action set to Mobile connection restart. This could help minimize manual interventions if the connection drops again.
  4. Which mobile operator’s SIM card are you using?

Best regards,

Enabling low signal reconnect may be useful too. Network > Mobile > Connection

Have you tried texting the router to reboot it. Services > Mobile Utilities > SMS Utilities

Send a text to the mobile phone number of the SIM that simply reads: YourAdminPassword reboot

If your admin password is abc123 the text will read: abc123 reboot

Just how remote is remote, it could be too remote. How far is it away from the mast it’s connecting too?
