RUTX50 appears offline

After upgrading to 7.13.4 in RMS the RUTX50 remains off-line but I have a connection. I can’t remotely access it anymore but I have an online status with my iot items. Somehow I can’t get it out of this mode. Even rebooting and down grading didn’t help.

What to do?

Good afternoon,

Can you try logging into RMS in a different browser, or Incognito window, and try to access the device then.

Can you also send a screenshot, or copy the error you receive? Also, can you advise how you reach those PLC devices, and how are they connected to our router?

I have it again. I am offline but I can see my iot (home assistant) working. I can powercycle it but that doesn’t help. It stays offline after the powercycle.

It’s very strange. I run 7.14.

The browse change had no impact. It also fails on my phone.

I don’t receive any errors. I have to be local probably to log in and see what’s wrong. I can’t reboot it via a modbus service or via a self restarting switch but nothing helps.

If I try to login via remote access it keeps spinning which normally gives a time-out if you are offline. In this case it doesn’t connect but doesn’t time out either.

I can’t upload a backup. I tried that too.

Hi there,

Have you managed to get the device back online? From your description, it seems like you may need to establish a local connection with the device to troubleshoot it.
