RUTX14 support issue

I posted about this almost a month ago–the issue is titled “RUTX14 WiFi Issue”. Daumantas responded 20 days ago, and I posted the results of following his suggestions 12 days ago. I posted some follow-up 8 days ago. I have seen nothing more.

What should I expect? Is this the best that Teltonika can do by way of support? I really like the Teltonika line of products, but when something doesn’t work, we end users really need to be able to count on good support.
