Recently did a modem firmware update that was offered in the webUI and now neither sim manages to get a data connection. Both have network connections, but there is just no data.
I have tested the SIM cards in other devices, and they both work perfectly. I also have 4G coverage and have tried using them in various locations. The SIM cards are from two different networks, and both functioned well before the update. Additionally, I have performed a factory reset on the device twice, but I still have not had any success.
Please ensure that the antennas are properly connected and positioned at a 90-degree angle.
Check the signal strength in Status β Network β Mobile. You can find recommendations for optimal signal strength here: Mobile Signal Strength Recommendations.
Have you tried setting the APN manually? If yes, did it resolve the issue?
Additionally, please try toggling the VoLTE setting (turn it off if itβs enabled, or enable it if itβs disabled) to see if that helps.
