RUTX14 firmware update 7.04.4, LTE does not connect

After the latest firmware version update, I’m having trouble connecting the device to the LTE network. Only way is to login to the WEB-UI and manually restart (lte) network.

Is there any other way to update modem version than #modem_updater -i x-x -v ?

For some reason I keep getting “ISP blocking” messages and I can’t update the modem over the WAN or any other way. Maybe you can offer manual update package and instructions?

Hello,

Could you please check if there is a modem update available through the WebUI? Go to System → Firmware → Update firmware → Select to update from the server and select modem firmware as the type.

Firmware version, Newest version on the device
Internal modem package, No update available

When running #modem_updater -g you can see that there are multiple versions available but can’t download because of “ISP blocking” message.

I have eight RUTX14 units and some do not have this problem. All have the same firmware and modem version. I’m e.g restored factory settings and configured again, but still the same problem. At the same time the WebUI becomes really slow and sometimes not reachable when trying to login.

From version 07.04.2.

There is no other issues besides the mobile connectivity. The mobile connectivity also works, but only when manually restarting the modem via WebUI.
