RUTX12 Reports/Views not showing Data for SIM2

I am unable to view any logs,reports, or dashboard views that indicates the times and data used by the second Mobile Connection.

Al reports indicate only the active Mobile connection details at the time of the report/view made.

However i can see in the Setup that Mobile Connection 2 is setup, connected and active at times.

My Data usage on Sim2 is also indicating data usage meaning I am certain the Load Balancing function is setup as expected and working.

Is there something I am missing in my setup to be able to view/log sim2 Data

It is an issue that is known and has already been reported to our RMS developers and they are working on finding a fix.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have any timeframe for when this would be fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
