Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand the frustration you’re experiencing, and I hope these steps help resolve your issue:
- Ensure that your IP address isn’t blocked due to multiple incorrect password attempts. You can manually set your computer’s network interface to an IP address within the router’s LAN subnet, such as 192.168.1.11, with a gateway of 192.168.1.1, and then try connecting again. Additionally, we have a wiki example for that here.
- Check if the router is reachable. You can try pinging the router’s IP address (usually 192.168.1.1) from your PC or connecting to it via SSH to confirm it is accessible.
- Verify if the router’s wireless access points (APs) are visible on your phone or laptop. If they are, try connecting to them and access the router’s web interface from there.
- If the above steps do not work, consider performing a factory reset on the device. This will reset all settings to default and may resolve the issue.
- If the issue still persists, access the router’s Bootloader mode and upgrade the firmware through it.
Additionally, during the router’s startup, observe the LED indicators. LAN LEDs should blink shortly after the power cable is connected to the device. On startup, only the LED corresponding to the connected Ethernet port should blink.
If you need further guidance, feel free to provide more details about your setup or any observations during these steps.
Best regards,
