Hello,
I’m having a problem with my Teltonika RUTX12. It keeps losing connection. I’ve installed the latest firmware and updated the modem firmware without success. Now I’ve tried the BETA firmware. The connection drops less frequently. Screenshots form the Event-log are attached.
i cant figure out why its not working

Additionally, could you kindly tell me what signal strengths are you getting? These can be viewed under Status → Network → Mobile in the WebUI, you can send us a screenshot, but be sure to blur out any sensitive data, such as IP addresses, MAC addresses, Passwords, IMEI, etc..
Are the APN settings set correctly on your device? These can be checked by heading to Network → WAN → “Edit” on the mob1s1a1 interface

Could you clarify on this as well? What do you mean that you’ve upgraded without success? Do you mean that the modem firmware update has failed?

It’ss not a solution for my problem.
Nothing changed after the firmeware update of the modem succed.
Last Solution was to downgrade firmware to 07.17.05
Now the connection is stable.
The APN is set on auto and it seems to be correkt.
The Power Supply is the original.
