RutX12: Can I get help to diagnose failing Ipv4 connectivity

Have been using this router with SIM card and poynting puck antenna for 1,5 years. The last couple of days it has been malfunctioning and I dont understand why. Where do I start to look? It still works well if I use my phone for internet sharing.

Hope these screenshots might shine some light on something for any of you veterans

Hello,

To begin troubleshooting the issue, please ensure the following:

  1. APN Configuration: Confirm that the correct APN, authentication type, and credentials are provided.
  2. PDP Type Selection: In the router interface, navigate to Network β†’ WAN β†’ mob2s1a1 settings and try setting the PDP Type to IPv4 only.

Additionally, could you please provide a screenshot from Status β†’ Network β†’ Mobile? This will give more insight into the connection status and help identify any underlying issues.

Best regards,

Thank you for replying.

Right now the problem is not present. Getting 60/30 50ms latency with 4G connection.
Still…

  1. APN is what is provided to me from mobile company.
  2. Changed it from ipv4/ipv6 to ipv4

Kind Regards,

And its back! No speedtests done, as I cant open any webpages while connected to the router.
Only images can be uploaded? Event log has a few pages in it…
