RUTX12 after restoring factory settings

I had to restore my RUTX12 modem to factory settings. After reconfiguring my settings, I can’t connect via RMS. There’s a triangle and a message that it can’t confirm the authenticity of the device. You can see that the modems are working but there’s no control over it. It shows offline. What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out!

After you factory resetted your RUTX12, your router’s password is also changed. You can try to unregistering and registering again! If your router has internet connection, there shouldn’t be any issue!

Thanks for your answer, but when I try to add the device again on the RMS website, after entering the name and serial number, it asks for a password. What password should I use? I enter the admin password and nothing.

The default password of the router after a factory reset.
It is the one from the sticker on the bottom of the device.
