One of our RUTX11 devices has dropped off of RMS and we cant add it back. It constantly just says “The device is redirected to the authentication system.” with a Status code of either 20 or 0.
We’ve factory reset the device, tried removing and re-adding to RMS, ensured time is set correctly but always falls back to the above error.
We can access the internet from the device and all devices connected to it can communicate out fine, just the connection to RMS seems to be the issue.

In your instance, I would recommend authenticating the device in our RMS system. In the thread below, you can see instructions.
When you add the device, the authentication code will appear there, however you can also find it in RMS → Devices.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately my console doesn’t show “Authentication Code”.
I since found the mobile WAN was getting an ipv6 address assigned from our carrier instead of ipv4. When I disabled ipv6 and forced ipv4, it connected straight away.
