I am trying to turn ON and OFF a lamp (220 VAC) using the pin 4 (control) output of RUTX11. To toggle pin 4 I am using the WebUI.
Unfortunately I always measure 24V (I am using 24VDC from the labs power supply) between GND (pin 2) and pin 4. The pull up resistor between pin4 and pin1 is 10K (3x 3.5K - could not find a 10K one).
Firmware is RUTX_R_00.07.22.3.
Can it be that the output got a defect? How to analyze this?
