I just updated a RUTX11 from the Test-FW 13_00.07.12.914 to recent FW 7.13.4.
After updating the internal modem EG06-E is not reacheable any more.
Also the modem was just updated to recent modem-FW EG06ELAR04A23M4G.
So I loaded test-FW 13_00.07.12.914 again. After that modem is reacheable again.
Could you please help with this issue?

Could you please confirm whether the initial issue with the RUTX11 modem being unreachable after updating to firmware version 7.13.4 is still present? Additionally, does performing a hard reboot of the device after the firmware update have any effect?
Also, it would be helpful to know whether the firmware update was performed with or without the “Keep settings” option selected.
