RUTX11 failing to connect with Things Mobile SIM

This is the situation at the moment:

  • SIM card works fine in my phone with no custom settings required.
  • When inserted into router sim is indicated as active, router reads it’s details properly. Signal strength is good (-77), auto APN fails, manual APN ( TM ) seems to succeed, but it gets stuck at assigning an operator.
  • Manually searching for and selecting operators doesn’t work - it identifies operators, but connecting to them doesn’t work
  • Tried both sim card slots
  • Tried various APN’s: TM, tm, pepper, iot.tm, mobile.tm

This particular device will require an RMA procedure, as after analyzing the situation, it looks like the mobile modem is not functioning properly.
