RUTX11 EYE Beacon scanning without pairing

Hello,

is it possible to perform a continuous BLE beacon scan and send the data to the server, similar to the WLAN scan described in the wiki.

I know that data transmission to the server supports paired devices, but is it possible to perform a beacon scan without prior pairing?

As for my use case, I want to use the RUTX11 in conjunction with the EYE BEACON to locate myself. However, as I will be using several EYE Beacons, I don’t want to pair them individually and add more RUTX11s to my fleet later.

Yes, it is possible to connect the EYE device to the RUTX11 and send data using the Data to Server feature. You can find a detailed configuration example on our wiki page here: Teltonika EYE Device Pairing and Data Sender Configuration Example.

Regarding pairing, it is necessary for the EYE device to be paired with the RUTX11 in order to send data.
