I need your help to find a solution for my problem:
I dont’ have a fix line so I use only a Mobile Apn and I assigned static lease Ip/mac address for every device of mine (30/35). But, sometime, I need automatic dhcp server too. So I have enabled dhcp sever on lan and everywhere I can…but nothing ! DHCP doen’s work in automatic mode.
I think is a problem of my mode connection by mob1s1a1 in nat mode because I have read in manual that in this way I cannot use dhcp server but only static lease for every device.
So, How can I solve this problem ? Can I use another lan (2) and use only some device for dhcp server or I have to change nat mode of mob1s1a1 in bridge or passthrough ? Thank you. Best regards
Running mobile in NAT mode and having DHCP server on lan is normal and should work. Did you changed any LAN / DHCP server settings or using default ones? As it should work like this out of the box.
But it doesn’t work…I have only one lan and 8 SSID wireless. I have actived every DHCP server everywhere and SSID menu too, but I can use only device with static ip address and mac. If not, I cannot use other device because dhcp server doen’t work properly. Or maybe I am wrong something but what ? In a special way I need to use automatic dhcp server because I have two router in cascade mode and second router the dhcp is deactvived. But my rutx 11 the primary router doesn’t associate the other device as I aspect…
How did you connect both routers LAN to LAN or LAN to WAN? if the latter then second router’s firewall will block first router’s DHCP server. If you want that only first router would have dhcp server make sure that routers are connected LAN to LAN.
Lan to Lan of course. and the firewall of second router is disabled. I also tried lan to wan but without success…I tried directly on rutx 11, without any other router connected but I have the same iussue. Dhcp server doesn’t work with mob1a1s1 in nat mode…
Can you show all settings for LAN interface and DHCPv4 server? Also do you have any other interfaces configured with br-lan phy interface that has disabled dhcpv4 server (there is known bug where this will disable DHCPv4 server for every interface).

I tried in other way bye Martynas too, to enter mac address by CLI, but the mac address was already inside…and I thought was antoher iussue. Now I think maybe for the mob1as1 in nat mode.
There was another LAn1 with interface br-lan ect, but it’s inactive
For starters I suggest deleting LAN1 especially if it uses same physical device (because of mentioned bug).
From few screenshot I see that you have heavily edited your settings so it is hard to debug what happened without full list of changes. So if deleting LAN1 does not help in my opinion the best solution is to:
- make backup from current settings
- factory reset device
- setup things bit by bit until stuff breaks
- restore device from backup and fix setting that break this or restore settings by hand

Hello, it’s me again…sorry Dainius but I forgot I had already tried reset rutx without success…I have read manual another time and there is no way to use dhcp in nat mode using Mob1s1a1. The only way is to use passthrough but I’m not sure how to use it.
I’m so sorry but I need support by Teltonika Team if they can confirm it or another way to solve this iussue. I need server dhcp for some devices only by Mobile protocol using.

DHCP server run only under hotspot (as a normal smartphone). I tried to stop hotspot but nothing changed. DHCP don’t run in mob1as1 mode. I don’t have a landline, please I invite Teltonika to find a solution or to tell me how fix the iussue. I know they are a wonderful team Thank you

Could you provide a screenshot from the Network → LAN and Network → Wireless pages?
I assume you might have two LAN interfaces with the same subnets and overlapping DHCP servers. Also, to which network is your Hotspot assigned? Please provide a screenshot from the Hotspot SSID settings as well.

There was an option active in Network-DNS -advanced setting - listen interface mob1as1 that limited for dhcp
