Hi, I’ve just purchased a RUTx11 and I’m trying to start Bluetooth, but it keeps cycling between Status: Starting and Status: Down.
I installed the latest stable firmware — no change. Then I installed the latest firmware — still no change.
Any ideas what might be causing this issue?

Is the Bluetooth antenna properly attached to the device?
Could you please try to use our bootloader menu to update the device firmware and see if that resolves the issue. This is a last resort recovery option, and it is used to differentiate between software and hardware problems. Keep in mind, this will reset the device configuration, instructions for it can be found here: RUTX11 Device Recovery Options - Teltonika Networks Wiki
