RUTX09 RUTX_R_00.07.04.4 bug report (device not recovering from modem reboot)

Hi, after installing firmware version RUTX_R_00.07.04.4 on my RUTX09 the device does not recover from scheduled modem reboot. The device is on passthrough mode. No such issues with previous versions. Is there a bug in the firmware?


This is not a known issue. Tried RUT955 in passthrough mode on the latest firmware version and the connection was restored automatically. Though, when the modem rebooted, it took around ~2 minutes for the pings to go through.

Does it recover if you change it from modem reboot to device reboot?

Is the RUTX09 reachable if you set a static IP on your PC (to be in the subnet of RUTX09)?

Does the device obtains an IP address on the mobile interface after the reboot? Is it dynamic or static?

Could you please try restoring the device to factory defaults. It might have been a migration issue when updating the device.
