RUTX09 got stuck during the firmware upgrade yesterday via the UI over server. Waited 20 minutes to take off voltage. Now only the power LED and the green LED when I plug in the network cable are lighting. No other light, no orange light at the network ports, no reset possible. Hope you could help me.

Hi, not possible to start bootloader. Doesnt make any signs, if i press reset Button.

LAN cable should be inserted. Did you configure to static IP?
Static ip on 192.168.1.10
Sub 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1
Dns 8.8.8.8
Switched off every other ethernet (wifi) on notebook
Plug in Network cable to notebook, press and hold reset, an plug in power. Hold reset, nothing happens, only power led is lightning and green Network led at the port, were the cable is plugged in is blinkink
It sounds good. After that, did you try to reach http://192.168.1.1/index.html

This part dont happen:
When RUT2xx/RUT3xx/RUT9xx is in bootloader mode, all ethernet LEDs will start blinking simultaneously. If that is not the case, repeat the steps again. When RUTXxx is in the bootloader mode, the LED of the port with Ethernet cable connected will be lit up. If that is not the case, repeat the steps again.
So now it s done. Let the modem 1 night without power, then the boodloader reset worden.
