RUTX08 Openvpn Tap DHCP

Good morning, I have set-up an openvpn tap server in my RUTX08 (fw 00.07.07.1, authentication via SSL), but when I try to connect to it with my client (linux) i see that the tap0 device is built but the DHCP server doesn’t deliver any address to it.
I have manually written a ccd file in /var/etc/openvpn-ccd/ and modified /var/etc/openvpn-server01 to make use of it and deliver a static IP address to the client and this works, but obviously the setting is not retentive.
My questions are:

  1. why the dhcp server is not delivering any IP to the tap0 interface (which is bridged to the LAN)?
  2. how can I make a persistent ccd setting in the router (the SSL-Clients section in the server configuration form is not present when in tap mode, just when in tun)?

Any advice would be welcome
