Rutx-50 Hotspot local users password management

Hi, we are a Scout Group and are new to using the Rutx-50. We are using it to create a local internet hotspot for our members. We have set this up using local users and allowing user sign-up. I have the following questions:

Is there any process that allows users to reset forgotten passwords or do we need an administrator to remove them to re-signup?

Is there any method of email verification so that new users have to prove that the entered email address is real?

Welcome to Teltonika Networks Community!

As of now, we do not have an option to retrieve the password if the user forgets it. This password can’t be retrieve even in WebUI. The administrator should remove that username and create another with a new password.

Currently, email authentication is not available in the firmware. We might consider this one in future releases.
